The program has always sought to answer the question, what next after reconciliation? It aims at promoting meaningful and purpose driven community relations, centred on common areas of interest. WAPE employs different strategies and tools such as Christian community development, Church and Community Mobilization Process (CCMP), youth vocational trainings etc. It also includes building capacity of communities and community groups towards self sustenance and well being. WAPE therefore works closely with like minded organisations and government departments to deliver quality trainings and relevant support to communities. Monitoring is an ongoing process to aid communities in achieving their desired goals using, to a large extent, locally available and modified resources.
